The strong entrepreneurial and ethical vision developed by our founder and chairman is shared by our Executive team who have almost 100 years of combined experience within the Financial Services and contact centre industry in Europe and South Africa.

Where is Talksure

Talksure calls the vibrant, fast growing, coastal suburb of Umhlanga home. Rested against the eastern coastal shoulder of South Africa, Umhlanga is approximately 10 km’s north of Durban CBD which is South Africa’s third largest city and the biggest on the eastern coast of Africa.

Due to its well-developed infrastructure including digital and telecommunication capabilities, close proximity to an international airport and neutrally accented native English speaking workforce, Umhlanga has become known as the contact center hub of the continent, and a hot spot for international outsourcing.

Since inception in 2010, Talksure has grown exponentially.  In just five years Talksure has grown from just 60 to almost 700 employees, 400,000 clients, solid partnerships with Blue Chip international companies such as Marsh Risk, and huge domestic names including Tracker and MiWay Insurance, from which we have generated over half a billion Rands worth of annual revenue on behalf of our clients.  Talksure’s business model is based on sound financial principles, illustrated in our year on year asset growth.
