How do you stay motivated each day: Earning a lot of commission motivates me therefore I focus on what I need to achieve to earn the amount I require and that drives me to overachieve on a daily basis

What would you do if you aren’t hitting your targets: Listen to a call of myself when I was hitting target and brush up on my weak points

How do you keep your confidence: When I enter work in the morning I know worst case scenario I will still achieve my required target. I aim high because I know my potential.
