The 2017 South African BPO & Contact Centre Industry Awards saw Talksure walk away with yet another accolade to add to their recent winning streak.

Magdalene Chetty, Learning and Development Executive at Talksure, won the award for Best Contact Centre Trainer Professional on Saturday, 26 August at Johannesburg’s Monte Casino Ballroom. Talksure recently held its inaugural graduation ceremony at its very own training centre in Umhlanga. The ceremony was held to honour a total of 87 full-time employees and 5 part-time employees, who received certificates in various areas of study.

Talksure celebrated and crowned the academic achievements of its learners who successfully completed courses in various fields, such as Generic Management (NQF 5), Sales and Customer Relations (NQF 5) as well as the FAIS Short-Term Insurance (NQF 4) and Basic Computing Training. READ FULL ARTICLE…

Talksure to Compete on World Stage

The internationally recognised Contact Center World recently announced the finalists of its annual Regional Best Practices Conference and Awards. Talksure is proud to announce that they have received three nominations for the awards in the categories of Best Contact Centre, Best Sales Manager and Best Quality Auditor. The Regional conference and awards gala will be held in London at the Grange City Hotel. The conference begins on the 22nd of May 2017 and runs till the 25th of May, with the awards gala taking place on the night of the 25th of May 2017.

Launched in 1999, Contact Center World is the global association for contact centre & customer engagement best practices. The association has over 181,000 corporate ‘individual’ members across the world. Their Awards program is now in its 12th year and is regarded by many as the most prestigious awards in the industry, with many likening it to the Olympics of the industry. Talksure recognised by SANBS

Talksure received an award from the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) at its annual Blood Drive Controller event on February 10th, 2017. Held at the Sun Coast Conference Centre, Talksure was recognised as one of the Top 5 contributing businesses in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Northern Region. Talksure earned this honour by virtue of their staff having provided 183 units of blood for the year 2016.

“We want to play our part in helping save lives. We sell products that we believe are lifesaving, however, there is no artificial substitute for blood. Talksure understands the constant need that the SANBS has, and because of this we host four blood drives throughout the course of the year,” said Tashna Kistanna, Human Resources Officer at Talksure. Kistanna further highlighted that the 183 units of blood donated by their staff has the potential to save the lives of 549 people, and mentioned that as Talksure grows, it hopes to increase in its annual contribution to the SANBS. READ FULL ARTICLE…

At the recent annual Global Sourcing Association (GSA) Awards held in London, South Africa won the award for Outsourcing Destination of the Year for 2016. More than 350 members of the leading outsourcing service providers, advisors and buyers were brought together at the ceremony.
