As a sales or insurance agent, your primary focus will be to generate quality sales and build rapport with clients. Furthermore, the ideal candidate would need to have excellent communication skills, experience in direct sales and know how to handle those difficult clients. Furthermore, one must have the ability to be level-headed and maintain their professionalism at all times.
We know that skilled agents are hard to come by, that’s why we’ll do all that we can for our staff, such as helping you achieve an RE and FAIS qualification at no extra cost to you, and if already have your RE and FAIS accreditation, Talksure will look to push your salary even higher with a campaign that best suits your skillset.
