Their Awards program is now in its 12th year and is regarded by many as the most prestigious awards in the industry, with many likening it to the Olympics of the industry. The reason is that the awards is not just see as just company being pitted against company, but also nation against nation!

The Top Ranking Performers Awards are the ultimate industry awards for the contact centre industry and are exclusively available from – the Global Association for Contact Centre & Customer Engagement Best Practices with over 173,000 members in 200 countries. The 2017 edition of the Top Ranking Performers Awards has attracted over 1600 entries from over 50 nations.

Both Talksure’s individual category finalists were full of admiration for the company who provided their full support in allowing them to compete. “I am honoured and pleased to be selected as a finalist in the industry and I hope to learn from some of the best in the industry and implement this at Talksure to develop and encourage our future finalists”, said Sunjveer Panday who is a finalist for the Best Sales Manager.

Sheena Sooknanan, who is a finalist in the Quality Auditor category believes that attending the conference is not only about challenging to be seen as the best in the region but also to gain benefit from the conference. “Attending the Best Practices conference would expose me to a library of knowledge which would help me strengthen my abilities as well as introduce measures that would be beneficial to my department at Talksure.”

Reaching the regional finals is no easy feat and required much effort to be put in to be nominated. The process of entering into the awards is a multi-stage one. The Regional finals consists of individuals and companies from Africa, Europe and the Middle East. All applicants had to submit online applications that required them to remain almost anonymous, not disclosing their company name or images and any sort of material that would link them to a specific organisation. Once being identified as finalists, nominees would have to accept and then begin developing presentations that will be presented to hundreds of delegates at the regional conference in order to be judged as the best.

“We are extremely proud of this achievement and look forward to showcase both Talksure and South Africa at this regional stage of the awards. Receiving this nomination is validation that Talksure is committed to delivering quality service and providing value in the lives our clients,” said Talksure Managing Director, Jacques de Beer who will also be representing the company in the Best Contact Centre Practices category. Wrapping up his statement, Mr. de Beer said that this platform provides an opportunity to display South Africa’s value proposition as a leading global outsourcing destination.

All regional finalists will travel to London in May to compete against each other in addition to attending the Best Practices Conference and Gala evening.
