We utilise internationally recognised recruitment techniques to ensure we stay ahead of the game including psychometrics and skills assessments. Innovative Technology

Talksure is primarily a Microsoft house, with current versions of all software in use, in both front and back office functions. Line of business software, including our dialler stacks, CRM and EFT collections solutions, are open sourced, which allows for a significant advantage in terms of customisation of technology to suit the business requirements, and specific requirements of our partners.

Our infrastructure layer is fully redundant, right through to our disaster recovery site, and mains power is supplemented by an automatic failover to generator, which is sufficient in output to run the entire business.

In addition we have a significant database of domestic customers which we use to profile and model buying and billing behaviours, to provide distribution opportunities of significantly greater conversion levels than many of our competitors.  We are also trusted with various partners’ key client information, and we have implemented and adhered to strict data protection codes to maintain this trust.

All infrastructure employees are industry certified, and specialist support staff all follow a skilling-up and certification path when they join the business, if not already certified.
